Participants should bring a refillable water bottle, athletic clothing, athletic shoes, and any sport-specific equipment required for their program.

Yes. Many of our programs are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
Yes. Family discounts are available when multiple members from the same household enroll in eligible programs. The second family member receives 5% off, the third family member receives 10% off, and the fourth and additional family members receive 15% off. Discounts apply automatically when members are added to the same family account. Some programs, events, and special promotions may be excluded.
